Fee Schedule
Single and Multi-Family Residence
10% of Gross Monthly Rents Collected
$40.00 minimum per month
$75.00 lease fee for each new lease
Advertising to be paid for by owner (no charge on internet advertising)
· Advertise home on company websites, local newspaper and place sign at property
· Show property to qualified prospective tenants
· Process rental application by verifying references, employment and running credit report
· Execute lease with owner and tenant
· Verify tenant gets utilities in their name
· Collect and disburse monthly rents
· Process security/damage deposits
· Provide monthly financial reports with copies of paid bills and 1099’s at year end
· Complete periodic interior inspections of property
· Drive by and inspect lawns during summer months
· Contract vendors for repairs
24 hour answering service for emergencies
Optional Finder’s Fee Service
Fee Schedule
Half of the monthly rental amount or $200.00 whichever is greater
Fee will be collected when tenant is “in place”
